Research Underwriters Transitioning to New and Improved Systems on April 30th

In our ongoing effort to provide the most comprehensive and excellent service to our clients, our offices will be finalizing the transition to a new cloud-based customer service platform in the coming weeks. This platform will bring increased efficiency, improved servicing features, and stronger security to keep your information safe. In the coming months, this new platform will also allow us to provide clients with a 24/7 online service portal. Please note that, as a result of this transition, our offices will be operating at a reduced capacity from April 21st to April 30th, 2015. Our staff will make every effort to process requests in a timely fashion, but we do ask that clients be mindful of these dates and attempt to submit requests before this period.
