Who is eligible for this program?

This program is designed for NEMT operators, including paratransit and ambulette companies. We can also write adult day care services and home health care services (commercial auto only).

*Operators must be contracted, or in the process of applying, with ModivCare (formerly Logisticare) or Southestrans to be eligible.

What coverages are available?

This program offers commercial auto liability (up to $1.5M), physical damage, general liability, and sexual abuse/molestation coverage.
